| Genealogy Interests: Over the years, my family history research has led me to unearth many hitherto unpublished documents and lists relating to research on my own family connections and others. Many of the data and lists have not been available publicly nor have they been made available on the internet. I have therefore placed them on my own web-site for others to use and enjoy. Much of the material I have placed here relates to immigration to New Zealand and Australia. One part focusses particularly on the immigration of Italians to New Ireland near New Guinea and then to Australia via New Caledonia in 1880/1881 as part of the Marquis de Ray expedition. I also include lists of pupils where I attended Penrose High School, Auckland, New Zealand and other assorted data. I intend to add more data as time and resources allow. I am based in Belgium, a country which plays an important role in the history of both Australia and New Zealand. It was in Belgium during World War I, that many New Zealanders and Australians fought and died in the years 1914 to 1918. I hope you find the material absorbing, interesting and useful.
